Help: Problems with my Drivers and RPC server

Hi all,

I need some help and do not yet know how much damage i have caused to my system. I was running the Tuneup Utilities 2009 and i made some changes based on the recommendations to speed up and maintain my system. I was prompted to restart my computer which i did and upon restart, the computer started replacing invalid security ID with default files. I allowed this to happen as i didn't know exactly what was going on.

This process went on for over 30 minutes as it had 5 steps.

After booting has completed, i noticed that my Avast anti virus no more functions, i lost sound when playing videos, i can't access the add/remove programs page on my control panel, my network connections are gone, but i could still long on to the internet. The Comodo firewall i have keeps asking me to grant any request i make and i can't run the tuneup software, it reports Application error: Exception EOleSysError in Module rt100.btl at 00044609-The RPC server is unavailable. When i minimize a window, its get lost/closed instead of been place on my desktop.

These are the few problems i have just noticed and am so worried. CAn anyone help???Thanks.
