Help Really bad computer need help or suggestions

    Hello I have been getting this error on my computer and my computer gets to the loading screen before i choose what file i go to and it quickly goes flashes blue and restart. Right now I am in safe mode but I finally figured out how to get to the error. The error is

    Stop: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x00000000, 0xF7A827C8, 0xF7A824C4

    Please help
