Help remove Trojan GAC_32 Desktop.ini

    McAfee has detected RDN/Generic BackDoor!sl and quarantined it from C:\Windows\assembly\GAC_32\Desktop.ini.
    McAfee can't remove it while it is "in use" and restarting didn't help.

    Tried System Restore (Windows 7), and scans like RootkitRemover and Stinger but to no avail (had a problem of anti-malware downloads getting deleted if downloaded through Internet Explorer, but it worked through Google Chrome). I also ran FRST64 (log available). Please help
