Help !!!! REMOVE VIRUS

    My work computer is infected. when it boots normally it has a blank blue screen and i can move the mouse pointer.
    I did cleaning procedure to the best ability. No java installed at all on computer. couldn,t download new version as im overiden by admin. Only my boss can do this and I can,t call him. Couldn,t use combofix as i cant disable Microsoft essentials in safe mode. so i didnt run it. attached files hope someone can help PLEASE!!!

    If this is a work PC that you do not have full permissions to do anything you want with then you most likely should not be here running our cleaning procedures and special tools as it my be a violation of security policies from work and could be grounds for dismissal.

    You should not even have this installed since you already have Symantec installed. You skipped one of the first instructions in the READ & RUN ME.... and that is, only one antivirus application should ever be installed

    Are you just randomly downloading and installing everything you can find? I also see the below recently installed and it is highly recommended that you uninstall this application immediately:

    NoAdware v5.0

    I also notice you had Ewido too but seem to have uninstalled. This application was discontinued 3 to 4 years ago.

    Why do you think your problem is due to malware? There is nothing in any of these logs that would indicate it is a malware problem.
