help removing a page called 7 explorer please

hi i wonder if could get some help,was on the computer the other day on the desktop when a web page appered ,the page is in a blue box but without a close box or a minimise or restore down boxes in the top right corner ,i thought thats odd lokked at the tab at the bottom of the screen which says 7 explorer (the seven is yellow then a picture of the world with lightning hitting it)so its not windows explorer 7,allso the title of the page on the top left says why so serious ,the site advertises warez sites but when it poped up today it was advertising porn sites,did notice when it loaded up today it had a picture of the joker before it loaded the web page,i cant seem to know were to look i have run ad aware ,spybot and run a avg full scan but still keeps poping up every now and then when just on desk top or browsing the net,any help would be appreciated as my kids use the pc and dont want them seeing the page appear with porn on it ,thanks in advance mark.

You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
