help removing adware/malware

I've started seeing ads on some video streaming sites, and getting pop up windows to ad sites when I click to go to the video's or start them. I have cox McAfee running all the time, it hadn't found anything. Then I ran malwarebytes, and it detected 2 pups, but it looked like those were in program installers/updaters and I wasn't sure if I had used them... it quarantined/deleted them. I ran it again and it found nothing. Thinking I wasn't infected, I waited a bit longer, then came here, and went thru your entire readme procedure and followed it. I'm still seeing the ads, so I assume I still have a problem. I've attacked both malwarebytes logs (the first that found the pups, then the second time when I was following your procedure and it said it found nothing). I've also attached all the other logs. I can't figure out how to get McAfee to show me the 3 things it has now found (supposedly 1 virus, 2 trojans, and 1 pup). I've attached the rogue killer logs in the next post.

Here are the files roguekiller created... there's also a folder that's labeled RK Quarantine, which I didn't try to attach.

Please let me know what I need to do now.
