help removing msn virus....

    I have a msn virus that I got from another person. It must be new, because i have not found online. Unfortunetly I infected one of my buddy's. Everytime i log on it tells anyone on my friends list "this isnt your picture" and compress file is sent for them to accept.
    I looked online, but all they have is help for other msn virus that are similar but not the same. Can anyone please help me?
