help removing spyware?

Hi, I dont really know much about the inside of computers, but ive done the standard removal scan in the tutorial. As you can hopefully see, spyware doc is still dectecting a few problems which none of the programmes i have will remove (spybot, bitdefender,microsoft, ez antivirus) or even detect.
Should i run hijack this?
please if you could let me know that would be great- dont want to waste your time
