help retrieving contacts, even if i have to buy 3rd software

    I have a Microsoft Kin2 but the screen is blackened and no longer viewable. Goal is to retrieve the contacts on the phone. Is there any software to access the phone? Third party? The supporting web site is defunct, no longer in service by the maker. Any and all, tia

    I have never used one of these, but first thought is if it connects to a PC via USB can you access it like a portable device and if so are there any folders etc?

    Many Microsoft devices do allow portable access via Explorer.

    Or via the Kin Studio software, although I know this is now discontinued on any Microsoft site for download, so hoping you have this software still? as you can use the info here to backup or copy your contacts to CSV
