Help running scans from Read Me thread

I have recently changed my Internet Security from Virgin's PC Guard (full version) to AVG (paid for version) and it has found 2 Trojan horse entries and keeps popping up tracking cookie entries.
I have read and followed the instruction in the the Read Me file and have run the first three scans SuperAntispyware, Spybot & Malwarebytes. The first two scans didn't find anything but the last one did. I have attached the log files for them.
I have looked at the instructions for using the next one - ComboFix - but it says it is for experienced users (i'm competent but not experienced with this type of thing).
Can some kind soul check what I have done so far and tell me if I still need to do this step and give me some guidance as to what I need to do.

Thanks for the reply. AVG also found a couple of Trojan horse entries as well. Unfortunately I can't remember the names of them (and like an idiot I forgot to write them down, sorry). I have rerun my AVG and it has found about 12 tracking cookies but seems to have removed the trojans.
I do use Spybot, Ccleaner, and full AVG so hopefully my PC should be OK now.
