HELP! Slow performance w/ HJT, BD, active logs

I'm having troulbe with my computers performance. About a week ago everything started slowing down, DVDs stopped playing smoothly, typing would freeze up, etc.

I've followed the steps layed out in the sticky meticulously, but I'm still getting slow performance. I've attached the Hijack This log, the BD Scan and the Pana Active Scan logs.

If someone out there could find it in their hearts to help a poor soul it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Just before you started having problems, did you install any new software of hardware on your PC?

Do you really need the below? It uses lots of system memory!!!
O4 - Startup: Konfabulator.lnk = C:\Program Files\Pixoria\Konfabulator\Konfabulator.exe

Your HJT log does not show any real signs of malware and you PC is going to get slower if you install a firewall (which you do need for your protection).

You should delete the below files! You may need to boot to safe mode to delete them:
:\WINDOWS\msbb.exe.temp
C:\Documents and Settings\Jonathan Ludwig\k.html
C:\Documents and Settings\Jonathan Ludwig\x.bat
C:\Install.exe
