HELP! Smitfraud-c, smitfraud-c.gp HELP!

Please Help!

I ran spybot and this is what i found: Smitfraud-c, smitfraud-c.gp, as well as a bunch of other items. I do believe however this smitfraud monster is the culprit of my delimma.

When my laptop starts up it says loading personal settings and then it says running startup scripts. <-- certainly the cause of my problems once started. Once up, it continuously flashes about every 8 seconds and what ever I have opening- will shut off.

The start menu eventually disapears and the only way I can access anything is through the run command from the task manager. Needless to say, any trouble shooting takes a substantial amount longer to accomplish. Below is my HJT log file. Please respond as soon as you can. This is my personal laptop, which is also my work computer and I am in need.

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
