HELP!! -Spyware problems

Hi there,
I recently got infected by spyware which has really slowed down my pc.
I was infected with SurfSideKick 3. I removed that but my pc is still absolutely slow.

Its obvious that i have other spyware programmes running.

For example, when i load up it says: error loading netmon. I for one have not got a clue what that is!

To add to that, my pc is so slow that it sometimes takes about 15 mins just opening a folder!

Please Please help. My pc is fairly new and was running perfectly before it got infected.

Any help would be much much appreciated!

Yes you have numerous infections on your computer, some of which are highly critical.

You are strongly advised to do the following immediately:

1. Disconnect infected computer from the internet and from any networked computers until the computer can be cleaned.

2. Call all of your banks, credit card companies, financial institutions and inform them that you may be a victim of identity theft and to put a watch on your accounts or change all your account numbers.

3. From a clean computer, change *all* your online passwords -- for email, for banks, financial accounts, PayPal, eBay, online companies, any online forums or groups you belong to.

Do NOT change passwords or do any transactions while using the infected computer because the attacker will get the new passords and transaction information.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:

Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)

• Bitdefender
• Panda Scan
• HijackThis

In addition to the above do the following:
about:Blank and HSA (aka Only the Best) Hijackers - Generic Solution
Running WinPfind by OldTimer

Post the BitDefender, Panda ActiveScan, about:Buster Logs, WinPFind.txt and a fresh HijackThis log.
