Help: Spyware/Virus Somewhere

I need some serious help. I followed the steps in the " READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support" thread. My logs are attached below. After that I also did the "Alternative Scans" thread as well. Prior to scanning, I was experience very slow boot up and at least a 30 second pause before I can open a browser. Windows Defender is install, but I cannot received updates for some reason. The same was for regular Windows update until I finish scanning. After doing the scans, the problem is the same with the addition of an "You may be the victim of counterfeiting" ballon at the bottom of my pc. Any suggestions?

What are all these logs? You only provide the logs required by the Read Me First, and nothing else unless requested.

 

Sorry about the multiple logs. Here are the logs from "Read me.." which I counted six "runkeys.txt, newfiles.txt, CounterSpy.txt, bdscan.txt , Activescan.txt, and hijackthis.txt" They are uploaded on the previous post. I have included the CounterSpy.txt on this post.

 

Disable the Guest Account

You do not have Malware. The ballon you are seeing is from Windows Genuine Advantage telling you that you do not have a Genuine Copy of Windows.
