Help Still Needed W/ Registry Settings Not Appearing In Shell

Hi! I have two Win64 laptops: one Win7 at a day program and one Win11 at home. Now, sometimes, I change registry settings or have a program change them for me. However, sometimes, the changes don't appear in the Windows Shell. The attached registry dumps are for C modules for the Win7 laptop. The entry for the New menu is displayed, but most of the other settings, including the file class name, don't. I have that issue on other file classes as well on both laptops. What can cause this?
