Help *still* Needed W/ Win64 Shell & .c Files

Hi! I still have a problem with .C files on my Win10/64 computer: I can't seem to get Windows to open .C files in batch files I associated with .C files and the Win64 Shell. I keep getting a menu asking how to open the file. I want to open the file in the associated batch file just this once. How can I get it to work? Following are some dumps of the System Registry:
