Help - system integrity scan wizard

hi i'm currently using Windows Vista Basic, with Avast!, Spybot and CCleaner

I keep seeing pop-ups like:
-System Integrity Security Scan,
-Pop-up with a red border and title bar calling itself a Security System Warning - it tells me to visit PC-antispyware site so I can remove the 'abebot' virus it has allegedly detected.
-Yellow triangle on my taskbar - when i hover the cursor over it the comment 'click here to fix problem...' appears.
-some Trojan-downloader thingy

i've visited a lot of websites but being a computer nerd, i seriously have no idea going about resolving all these issues.

attached is the logfile which i used MGtools to scan.

P.S. is there other programs/softwares that i should install in my computer as well??

Your logs show that you do have an infection. Some of this will be removed by working through the procedures in the READ & RUN ME FIRST. After you complete these, please attach the requested logs and let us check them for you. There are usually a few files the other scans miss that have to still be removed manually.
