Please do not post any logs inline with messages. They must be attachments. Also HijackThis logs are only accepted after following standard cleaning procedures as stated in the sticky threads.

I hope you did not purchase SpyHunter!!! Or did you mean AdwareHunter? Either way I hope you did not purchase either of them.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

• Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
• Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

• After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

• When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
  • Bitdefender
  • Panda Scan
  • HijackThis

If you wish to remove the malware from your PC, then please do run through the guide Chaslang posted above, this way once completed we can assist.

 

Ah ok.. thats your choice if you wish to follow that route, we cannot make that decision for you.


But if you do follow that route and re-install then do please before you do read this and download any of the applications suggested in the How to Protect yourself from malware! to protect your new install before going onto the net to get any updates from MS or others.

If your OS is XP SP1 then do download and burn to CD this Xp SP2 full install and any of the software for protecting your PC as mentioned in the How to Protect yourself from malware! link above.

or follow the guide and post the relevent logs.
