Help Trojan!!!

Hello,
Iam having loads of problems with my computer ever since a downloaded a file.
the symptoms are slow internet surfing, pop ups of spyware help, processes not able to be ended, things being destroyed then coming back and so on.
i do have my hijack this log here it is




so if you can help me please post!

Welcome to Major Geeks!

I removed your inline HJT log and attached it. It shows that you have malware. We don't use HJT exclusively because it doesn't give enough information to remove most forms of malware. Please go through the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the requested logs. You will most likely get some relief from the symptoms as you work and after we look at your logs, we can find which files still need to be removed.
