I dont know if any of u ppl have this problem, but i m currently facing it rite now...if any of u know how, plz help...:(

Okay 1st off, my system info - Window Vista 32 bit, 2049 RAM, 500GB SATA II, Nvidia 8500 GT, High Def Sound, Intel Chip set.

    Teh Problem...:confused

    1st problem(strange):(

This problem is very strange, but it acts kind of like a pop-up, however it is completely random pop-up. This pop-up happens at random time, when i running random programs, not just IE or FIREFOX, even just watching movie or listening to music the pop-up came out of nowhere. The pop-up uses IE, and it always is like "FREE XBOX 360" or "Get your Pre-Paid Mobile" ....etc. that kind of things...

This pop-up just pops up, it doesnt matter what program i m running.

    2nd problem(ultra strange)rolleyes

I have never seen this kind of "pop-up" in my entire life. And again this happens at random times. When i was just listening to music, or watching TV on PC, or writing and typing homeworks, there was a really strange sound coming out of my speakers. It wasn't teh guitars of My Chemical Romance nor gun blasts of Counter Strike nor Peter Griffin grunting, it was an advertisement, using my stereo! It sounded like some sort of broadcasting thing. I was not running any IE or FIREFOX nor OPERA at that time. I closed all programs, but teh strange broadcasting went on and on about "Lose Fat" "College Fairs" "Cooking"....etc. What kind of ads or pop-ups is this?

Steps I taken to solve the problem:confused

I tried using McAfree, but that didnt help much, then i used Windows Defender, i didnt help much either...

    Questions:

What do I do with both of those problems I stated above? Without rebooting my PC or restoration?

If anyone could help me, I would be really glad...with all regards.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!
Are you implying that you cannot reboot your PC? Why not? Most people shut their PC down everyday. Why do you need to keep yours running?

See if this will run for you. Run this Disable/Remove Windows Messenger to remove Windows Messenger. Do not confuse Windows Messenger with MSN Messenger because they are not the same. Windows Messenger is a frequent cause of popups.

If the above does not help, continue on to the below. Also answer a question, have you disabled Vista's UAC program?

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, renaming, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.
    • Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
    • Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
    • After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around.
    • When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too:
      • CounterSpy - only for Windows XP, 2K, & NT users
      • AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy. - only for Windows XP, 2K, & NT users
      • Bitdefender - from step 6
      • Panda Scan - from step 6
      • runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
      • newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
      • HijackThis
NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!

I m just saying that, i want to wipe out whatever those ads and spam are without rebooting my PC. Because i have too many valuable things on my PC that i do not want to wipe out.

I don't think you understand what rebooting is. That is what you do when you restart your PC. I believe what you wanted to say is "without reinstalling your Windows software"

You need follow the instructions given in my first message to you.
