I have a Proview 19" LCD Monitor and in the last week it has been acting up, having the screen jump up and down extremly fast through the screen for about 5 minutes after i turned it on. Then today I turned it on and it displays the screen perfect for about 3 seconds then goes black, if i look at it real close i can faintly see the image. It's only about 9 months old, does anybody have any suggestions?

If possible test it on another PC, if no worky, most all LCD have at least 1yr warranty
If the LCD still dont work then the video card would be suspect.

    My Samsung has three yr

Yes I'd check your warranty, my Phillips has 3 yrs also. Power off your system and unplug all Monitor Cables and then plug them all back in and tighten the screws (finger tight don't get excessive).
