Help with a Trojan Virus

    On my main computer I ran McAfee and it found a file xxyxWQHy.dll in the system32 folder and identified it as a Trojan.. I have read the READ & RUN ME first and the Windows XP Cleanup, at this point though when I restart I can get into Windows XP but it just keeps loading and loading and doesnt let me click on anything. I can run Windows XP in safe mode, but other than that I cant do anything in Windows... This started happening after I ran McAfee. I was wondering if anyone could help with this problem and tell me if there is anything I can do from safe mode to get rid of this Trojan. I was trying to do all the steps you guys recommended first, but now I cant.. Please help...

    You should be able to run all the scans in safe mode .....without the logs, there is little we can do.

    how do i get it on that computer though without being able to download it.. and you cant use the internet in safe mode.. will it fit on a flashdrive?

    You cannot boot to safe mode with networking? If not you can download to a different computer and transfer via cd or flash drive.....try ComboFix first, which may allow you to run the others.
