Help with a virus i have? Anyone? :'(

Well for about 2 or so weeks i have been trying to get rid of a virus. What virus you say? Well it is called Tr/Dldr.ConHook.Q.2. I have AntiVir and keep it updated, but I still can't get rid of it. The only reason i can't get rid of it is because it is in a .dll file. It's in jkhig.dll, and everytime i try to get rid of it i can't... because it's a .dll file. Please, i would greatly appreciate any help anyone can offer as to how to remove it.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
