help with acer aspire 3050 notebook

just wondered if anyone could help i instelled xp pro on vista basic machine for family friend and under device manager other devices these icons have yellow question marks over them.

also usb flash drive doesent work cant be found i put windows disc in and tried update drivers that didint work the specs of laptop if help are .

laptop is running great but just cant find the drivers ive mentioned even acer website didnt help id be grateful for any help on sorting this if anyone can.

 

running service pack 3 i will try what you said see if all works ok
