Help with Alureon.A on Windows 7 please

Hi,

On Saturday night my laptop just out of a sudden restarted and all this problems happened. I've tried Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking, and nothing helps. For the life of me I can't run any .exe files (programs). I even tried to rename them and changing them to .com but still NOTHING. Can't even use Win Recovery Disc. It does not load. Can't even use internet

I somehow managed to run a scan with MSE and it showed me that my laptop is infected with DOS/Alureon.A however, when I click to remove it, it says it did, but the problem is still there. I also attempted TDSSkiller and Rkill that I downloaded previously, renamed them to all sorts of names, but no luck. Malwarebytes has the same issue.

I read a similar thread and noticed the use of Farbar so I went ahead and used it to get the FRST.txt, it is as attached.

Hope to receive a reply soon, as I need to finish a project for college.

We need some additional information so that we can replace an infected system file.
Boot to System Recovery Options and run FRST again.
Type the below bolded text in the edit box after "Search:".
services.exe
Then click the Search button.
It will make a log (Search.txt) on the flash drive. Please attach this log to your next reply.
