help with analysing hijackthis results

    Hi, hope i have followed correct protocols, i'm looking for help with a problem where search engine links often get redirected to a string of other sites (other links work OK, happens IE or Firefox) my search keywords being often reused to suggest other sites in places like ask.com. (I am running Symantec secuity)
    The Hijack this results look like this, I notice there is a line for redirecting browsers
