Help with AU or SND files

    I'm using Microsoft FrontPage to create a website and I am inserting hover buttons. I can add sounds to the hover buttons when hovered over or clicked on, but the sound files need to be an AU or SND type file. I have a nice MP3 file I would like to use, but can't. How can I covert this MP3 file to AU or SND? Or does anyone know any code I could use to make my links play a tiny sound file when hovered over? Thanks in advance!
