help with computer!

    hey guys.. umm... i might buy this computer for christmas... heres the link... http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=934500&Sku=E400-T3065 ... its only like $399 ... it looks good actually, but i need you guys to look at it, oo ya, can i buy a case for it? like take that horrible case off and put a new one on? and do i need to buy a new motherboard to use the graphics card im buying too??? heres the link to the graphics card ( thanks to overcooked a while back :) )... http://www.buyxtremegear.com/vc129110.html .. and once i get the card and case you guys think it will be a good gaming computer? or would i have to make changes to the comp?

    You could probably change the case, It is a ATX case, but the CD/DVD drives would not fit right in most cases they are rounded or curved fronts.
    You would probably need to replace the floppy too, is the resessed type, no face plate.
    The Graphics card would fit, but that case's Power Supply look's to be only 300w you may come up short on power.

    Emachines PSU are on the low end side of Quality.
    My wife has Emachine great PC for the money, she's not using the AGP slot.
    It's been good machine about 2+ years old.

    If ya make a lot of changes you may be better off looking into something else.

    aww.... man well i dont think im gettin that then, you kno any computers good for gaming or i mean a computer that is cheap and i can upgrade it for cheap and it will be a real nice gaming computer or would it be better for me a build one?? or what? i have like maybe between $600 - $800 for christmas if i add someone my money in too.

    First off, I wouldn't comment on services unless you try them.

    But to answer your question, yes its a great place to buy parts or a full computer. I myself purchased a barebones system from them online and it was recieved with no flaws! It was great. And their services are great too.
