    Hello,

I recently encountered some big issues with malware. One of the effects of the virus I had was that my two DVD drives were no longer recognized in either BIOS or Windows. I just finished receiving help through the malware forum, which got rid of the virus but didn't fix my drives. They directed me to this forum for further assistance. I'm not too sure what info you need about the drives, but I know they are both connected by one IDE cable and are both DVD Re-Writable. Here is a link to the thread I started in the malware forum:

Thanks in advance for your help!
