Help with EXPL_TXTRANGE.A

My Anti-Virus picked it up, couldnt clean it, so I had my anti-virus delete the file. Doesnt seem to be picking it up anymore.

Is this something serious that I should be concerned about?

Im doing a major update of my computer on the windows site so Ill also give those links a good look too!

though it says I should have a back-up before installing those updates, is that essential? Because it might take me some time

wait dont worry updates have been done and further scans havent picked up anything worse then a few cookies, cheers <3
