Help with high CPU use?

I am running windows xp home and have 50% + cpu use just sitting at desktop. After trying all i could think of to track it down i gave up and reformatted my drive and reinstalled windows. With just a clean xp install and no programs running i still have System process reporting apx 50% cpu consumption in task manager. I used windows update and installed all the updates and hotfixes, but there was no change. I have 2 other machines exactly the same as this one, same hardware, op sys, cards, everything. They are running at apx 1-3%. Attached is text file of system information. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!!
