   Are you able to start the task manager? If so, click on new task and type: explorer.exe. Tell me if you now have your desktop.

   the taskbar nor the explorer.exe work i only get the mouse and i try using the command keys crtl alt del, explorer.exe wont work. i think its a root kill problem and i dont know how to fix it:cry

   What exactly can you do?
