Help with Hijackthis

Hi all,
Am having some difficulties with gremlins in the machine and decided to run a scan of Hijackthis. The following is the scan report and I need help in doping out what I should trash. Any direction will be greatly appreciated.

Oh - man, you're going to get a little lecture (but not from me, I'm the nice one)

You need to post in "Spyware". You can't post your hijackthis log like this, it needs to be an attachment. But first you need to READ all the "stickys" (notes at the top in "spyware') re: running hijack this and posting the results.

Maybe a mod will move this for you.
