Help with HJT log file

Hello,

I have read thru some of the forms regarding the Spy Sherrif removal. I was infected yesterday. I have run Ad aware, Spy Bot S&D and now HJT. I was hoping someone could help me with the HJT log file and tell me if there is anything else I need to be concerned with. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

I have run the scans you suggested as well as some others I saw suggested in the forum (I apologize for not reading more before my post) I don't see any problems but I have attached the new HJT log file.
