Help with KoolyNoody Please

    Ok so for some odd reason I cant seem to get rid of this stupid downloader. I try turning off system restore, booting in safe mode and running full scan and nothing. And whenever i use my anti spy it cant seem to find it but, yahoo's Ca antispy does. ideas? any help is appreciated.
