   I have a gateway lap top that has gotten some sort of rouge program on it. It will not let me download or run any software. When it downlads and tries to run it pops up box asking what program to use with this file. If I got directly to the exe file it still brings up the same box. I cannot run most of the files in the controll panel, or from the run command
