Hi. I am trying to watch channel five programs on demand five. When I press play it says connecting and then locks up, I have to do CTRL, ALT and delete to end program. I have contacted them and it appear to be a problem with my windows media player (I recently updated to media player 11 as this is what the website requires). I followed their instructions as follows:
    1. Please upgrade your DRM security at the following site:
    http://go.microsoft.com/FWLink?LinkID=34506

    2. Please open Windows Media Player (WMP)
In the menu area at the top of the WMP window, click "Tools"
If "Tools" is not visible, Right-click on the upper bar area on WMP and a Menu-list will appear
In the list that appears, choose "Options"
In the window that opens, the "Player" tab will be the first tab displayed
Please ensure that both "Download codecs automatically" and "Connect to the Internet" are selected
Please select the "File Types" tab
Click "Select All", located below and to the right of the list
Click "Apply", located at the bottom of the "Options" window
    Please select the "Network" tab
In the "Protocols for MMS URLs" section, un-check "RTSP/UDP" and "RTSP/TCP"
    Now, re-check "RTSP/UDP" and "RTSP/TCP"
All three protocols should now be selected
Click "OK" at the bottom of the "Options" Window

    Please close Windows Media Player.

    3. Please verify the following Internet Explorer (IE) settings:

In the menu area at the top or upper right of the Internet Explorer (IE) window, click Tools and then go to Internet Options.

    - Please select the Security tab
In the "Security level for this zone" section, click and raise the slider bar to high.
Click the Default Level button below the slider bar, the slider should now read medium-high.
    - Please select the Privacy tab
In the "Settings" section, click and raise the slider bar to high.
Click the Default button below the slider bar, the slider should now read medium.
    - Please select the Connections tab
Click the LAN settings button. In the window that opens, ensure all boxes are un-checked and click OK.
    - Please select the General tab
In the "Browsing history" section, click the Delete button. In the window that opens:
    Click the Delete Files button
    Click the Delete cookies button
    Click the Close button
    Click OK

Please close and then open Internet Explorer again for your changes to take effect.

    Still doesnt work, any ideas?
