help with mozilla thunderbird

The only two possible outgoing server names are
smtp.sbcglobal.net or
smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com

The only user names could be the first part of your email before the @ or
the whole email address.

Your password should be the same as always.
Try to send a mail with both server names trying both usernames.
One has to send succesfully, once one sends ok then we'll know what to
use for the pop to get mail.

 

When you press print screen it just copies to clipboard like when you
right click and copy.
