   You missed a couple of steps. You need to run either CounterSpy or AVG Antispyware and attach the log as requested. Also you need to complete step 7 of the READ ME and properly install and rename HijackThis and then attach a log from it too.
   
   Also you need to tell us what specific malware problems you are having. Looks to me like you are having Virtumonde issues which will result in popups and other problems.
