Have used Opera for quite some time now.
    Been fine until today.
When started, it covers only the lower right corner of my screen. Cannot even see the Min/Max buttons.
Have uninstalled several times using Revo.
    Have run CCleaner several times.
    Have reinstalled as well.
    But no satisfaction.
How can I get the full screen back??

Haven't come across this problem before but, while Opera is active try pressing the [Alt]+[W] keys and see if that leads anywhere. Also, pressing the [F11] key should put Opera in full screen mode, but I don't think that's the "full screen" mode you're looking for.

Can you see enough of the title bar to grab and drag it?

F11 is good enough for now.
    Thanks.

Check the Zoom setting in the View menu and make sure it's set to 100%.

You could also save the current session, (File menu > Sessions) and temporarily set StartUp dialog to show when starting which gives a few options - might help.

Preferences > General tab > Startup > select "Show Statup dialog" from the drop down list.

Bad thing is that there is no View button to check.

[Alt]+[V] should bring up the View menu, [Ctrl]+[F12] should bring up the Preferences window. How about this work around until the problem is found? In the short cut properties for Opera, change the "Run:" from "Normal window" to "Maximized".

    No good, plastidust.
First 2 I can get to from the Menu button in the top left corner.
Third option starts OK, but can't go anywhere from it without it going back down in size.

I used Opera for a couple of months and then it started acting up. Wouldn't even open some of my Favorites. Booted now and I'm using Comodo.

Also have the Dragon, but I like the Speed Dial of Opera.

Yes, since I've had Dragon everything seems a lot slower.

    I'm clutching at straws here.
Do you have any "Personalize the look of your PC/Desktop" type software or widget that might be making Opera quarter screen/window?

    More straws
Opera Menu > View > Style
    "Author Mode" (default) = Alt+V > S > A
    "Disable Positioning" (toggle on and off) = Alt+V > S > P

    Even more straws.

Can you access the address bar? If so, in the address bar type opera:config. A page titled "Preferences Editor" should open up. At the top of the list is a bar labeled "Author Display Mode".

Click on the bar to expand it's contents. Then set each one of the five options to default by clicking on the "Default" button to the right. At the bottom of the five options, click the "Save" button. Then click on the bar again to close the contents.

Scroll down(near the bottom of the page) to the bar labeled "User Display Mode". Expand it's contents and set each one of those five options to their defaults and Save.

If you can't access the address bar, from the run command try typing in:

    "C:\Program Files\Opera\opera.exe" opera:config
    including the quotes.

If that doesn't get you to the Preferences Editor, go to this page. Under the bolded topic "opera:config" in the first line is an opera:config link that will take you to the Preferences Editor. The opera:config link will only work from the Opera browser.

Since you've done a complete uninstall and reinstall, these settings should already be at their defaults, but we have to start some where.

The style menu is for manipulating CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and for enabling / disabling certain HTML elements within web pages.
Positioning refers to CSS positioning for elements within web pages, not the browser window.

Leave that set at Author mode.

The default setting with Opera 11.50 is to Not show the menu bar.
You can change this through the menu simply by clicking the Show menu bar item.

Many of these things can be configured directly by editing the operaprefs.ini file.
The default location is C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Opera\Opera.
USER would be either owner or the user account name.
Do Not edit this file while Opera is running, but just looking at it with a text editor should be OK.

Under the heading [User Prefs] in operaprefs.ini
    Maximize New Windows=1
    Show Window Menu=1
    Show Menu=1

The 1 value turns all of those things ON.

The Window Menu has a Maximize All selection.

To check the location of operaprefs.ini, open the Help menu (Alt+H) and select About Opera.

    Opera is now toast.
Got it to finally come back as full-page size.
    How, I don't really know.
But when it did, everything is (was) all off-color and fuzzy. Almost like seeing it in 256 color display.
    Got disgusted and removed.
Going to give Chrome a trial.
