help with outlook Express

well the last couple weeks have not been good computer ones but now my when I change user on my outlook it disappears and I have to go in to c-a-d to kill the messenger and after awhile like 30 mins or so I can click and get outlook to open again..........I have XP and I did all my updates, I have zona alarm and macafee I also ran adaware a lot since joining the forums whats wrong with my outlook?

Look in options for start messenger with outlook express, or better yet, like most of us, uninstall and remove that annoyance they call messenger:

Read the instructions, you will get a error registering something or other, ignore it, I have used it dozens of times and it works great.
