Help with Outlook

    My os is XP and I use Outlook for email. Recently when I go to open my email outlook will come up but then it disappears and I can't check my email. If I open my task manager Outlook is running and I will get a message that says virtual memory is low. I have ran a scan with ESET nod32 and have used HiJack this and found nothing.
