Help with removal emlkdvo

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am running windows vista. I recently went to a mailicous website and accidently installed (emlkdvo). It installed a tool bar that shows up in internet explorer and it now hijacks internet explorer and has fake windows saying I have spyware, disk is full, etc. I have not clicked on any of those. I installed norton internet security and it blocks a "downloader". When I run a complete scan in norton it does not find anything and I also run webroot spysweeper and it does not find anything. I searched the web for emlkdvo and could not find a solution. Several websites come up but I am hesitant to download a program to fix. A friend recommended "Major Geeks".
