   I cant upload anything from my browser so I have to paste my logs here. I followed the instructions from Vista, Win 7 and Win 8 Malware Removal/Cleaning Procedure. I could not Change User Account Control settings.

   Welcome to the malware removal forum.
   
   I would like for you to try a different browser then please, or try safe mode with networking. I simply cannot deal with inline pasted logs like that. You could even use another computer to attach the logs if possible.
