I've got this really bad trojan thats getting into my nervous.. I did have tried ""Before you post" and it did not work. Here is my hijackthis log. Your help is VERY appriciated!

Also, if you know any great anti-spyware and anti-virus, please let me know.
I run Windows Defender and Avast Anti-Virus. Avast doesn't find anything wrong, and when defender does and deletes it, this trojan just pops up another copy and its the continues circle.. So please help me.

Thank you VERY VERY MUCH (in advance)

P.S. I saw an same problem like mine, I tried to reply there but couldn't so I made this new thread.

Welcome to MajorGeeks.com, please follow our standard cleaning procedures:

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gifAfter doing ALL of the above and you still have a problem, make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below thread to properly use HijackThis and attach the log:

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis
    • Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around..
http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gifWhen you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too:
    • CounterSpy
    • AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy
    • Bitdefender - from step 6
    • Panda Scan - from step 6
    • runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
    • newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
    • HijackThis
NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!

ok, I did EVERYTHING it said as how its suppose to install, run, and here are the results.

I got an error during the first online test of Bitdefender. The IE had to shut down. I tried again and this time it found less virus.

I now have a pop up error on start up that says "Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\rnoojdsi.dll" The Specified module could not be found.

I am still having the same trojan because Windows defender keeps on popping up once its found, able to remove but it finds a new one soon. I think the trojan just makes another one once its deleted.

Please take a look and help me remove it... Thank you.. (VERY MUCH in advance..)

here are the rest of the files. Thank you bjgarrick very much for explaining clearly.
Sorry it took so long. It really did like take a whole day for running all those scans, plus the re-scan for Bitdefender.

If there's anything I did wrong, please let me know and I'll be more than happy to scan again....

    Again, thank you.

First, please disable any antivirus and antispy programs you have installed so they will not block this fix.

Please look in Add/Remove Programs for the following and uninstall them if found:
Now scan with HijackThis and check the boxes for the following entries:
( Make sure ALL browser windows are closed when you click FIX )

Again, make sure ALL browser windows are closed when you click FIX.

Next, run CCleaner to clean up cookies and temp files.

Now download The Avenger by Swandog46, and save it to your Desktop.
    • Extract avenger.exe from the Zip file and save it to your desktop
    • Run avenger.exe by double-clicking on it.
    • Check the 'Input script manually' box.
    • Click on the magnifying glass icon.
    • Copy everything in the Quote box below, and paste it in the box that opens:
    • Now click the 'Done' button.
    • Click on the traffic light icon and OK the prompt.
    • You will be prompted to restart, OK the prompt and your PC should reboot, if not, reboot it yourself.
    • A log file from Avenger will be produced at C:\avenger.txt

After you complete the above, proceed with the rest of this fix...

Next Reset Web Settings & Default Security Settings

    Note for IE 6 users:
    To Reset Web Settings:
Right click on your desktop Internet Explorer icon and select Properties. Then click the Programs tab and then click "Reset Web Settings". Now go back to the General tab and set your home page address to something useful like www.majorgeeks.com. Click Apply. Click Delete Cookies, Click Delete Files and select Delete all Offline content too, Click OK. When it finishes Click OK.

If you do not have an Internet Explorer icon on your Desktop, click Start, Control Panel (for some systems it may be Start, Settings, Control Panel), Internet Options, Programs tab and then click "Reset Web Settings". Now go back to the General tab and set your home page address to something useful like www.majorgeeks.com. Click Apply. Click Delete Cookies, Click Delete Files and select Delete all Offline content too, Click OK. When it finishes Click OK

    To Default Security Settings:
Right click on your desktop Internet Explorer icon and select Properties. Then click the Security Tab and click Default Level for Internet, Local Intranet, Trusted Sites, and Restricted Sites. For IE 7 users, simply click the "Reset all zones to default level" button.

    Note for IE 7 users:
Select Internet Options, then the Advanced Tab and then the Reset button under Reset Internet Explorer Settings.

Finally, I would like you to flush your System Restore points. Please follow the instructions in the below:

    • Disable and Re-enable System Restore

    • Turn OFF System Restore to flush any bad Restore Points.

    • Then, follow the instructions at the bottom of the linked page to Re-enable the Restore Utility which will create a fresh restore point.
After you complete the above reboot once more and then scan with HijackThis and attach the new log along with the "C:\avenger.txt" log.

Let me know of any problems you may have encountered with the above instructions and also let me know how things are running now.

First of all, I will like to thank you VERY much for taking your time in helping me out, and your excellent easy to follow steps. Here are my results.

    Uninstall: complete.

It's a very small thing but I noticed and I wanted to report it anyway. In HijackThis,

    Instead of :
    It was:
    Could not find:
    Instead of :
    it was :
Success, no error with fixing in hijackthis.exe, which was renamed to analyze.exe.

    CCleaner:Successs.

avenger 1st try, could not find avenger.txt so I did it again and got some error, you will see it on the log.

    Reset Web Settings: complete
    Default Security Settings: complete

Disable and Re-enable System Restore: Done.

I might of got a new spyware or something now.. Sorry for the trouble. Just to let you know I did get it because I went to some freaky site. Now I'm getting random pop ups that links me to: "http://winantispyware.com/download/2007/index.php?"

But here are the logs, and thanks again for helping out.

    Thank you VERY much!

    P.S.
The windows Defender just found a "Trojan:Win32/Virtumonde.O"
    Category:
    Trojan
    Description:
This program displays advertisements and may be difficult to remove.
    Advice:
    Remove this software immediately.

It appears the Avenger didn't work properly. Try again to run Avenger and input the list of files. Be sure you copy everything in the quote box, nothing more. Start at "Files to delete" and end with the last file in the box. Once you do this again attach the new log from Avenger then procede with the below fix.

Let's start by downloading two tools we will need

    - Process Explorer 10.21

    - Pocket KillBox

Extract them to there own folder somewhere that you will be able to locate them later.

Reboot in Safe Mode (do not open any other processes)

    - Run Process Explorer

In the top section of the Process Explorer screen double click on winlogon.exe to bring up the winlogon.exe properties screen. Click on the Threads tab at the top.

Once you see this screen click on each instance of wvusqqo.dll & ddcyy.dll once and then click the kill button. After you have killed all of the wvusqqo.dll & ddcyy.dll's under winlogon click ok. (If you do not find the dll, just continue on.)

Next double click on explorer.exe and again click once on each instance of wvusqqo.dll & ddcyy.dll and kill it.

    Now just exit Process Explorer.

Run HijackThis and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {DC595C9B-8EF8-4457-9D7A-E28DB8C09215} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ddcyy.dll
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {DCD53738-C4F9-414A-A03C-C7405A4AC844} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\wvusqqo.dll
    O20 - Winlogon Notify: ddcyy - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ddcyy.dll
    O20 - Winlogon Notify: wvusqqo - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\wvusqqo.dll

    Now run Pocket Killbox:
Choose Tools > Delete Temp Files and click OK.

Run Killbox.exe. Paste the below filenames into KILL BOX one at a time. Check mark the box that says "Delete on Reboot" and checkmark the box "Unregister DLL" (If available) Click the RED X and it will ask you to confirm the file for deletion…say YES and when the next box opens prompting you to reboot now...click NO...and proceed with the next file. Once you get to the last one click YES and it will reboot. Note many of the file list below may not exist but we need to check for them anyway.

    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\oqqsuvw.ini
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\oqqsuvw.ini2
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\oqqsuvw.bak
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\oqqsuvw.bak1
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\oqqsuvw.bak2
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\oqqsuvw.tmp
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\wvusqqo.dll

    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\yycdd.ini
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\yycdd.ini2
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\yycdd.bak
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\yycdd.bak1
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\yycdd.bak2
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\yycdd.tmp
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\ddcyy.dll

If Killbox does not reboot or you get a Pending Operations type error message just reboot your PC yourself.

After reboot post a new HJT log.

Well... it seemed like it all worked out..
    Here are the logs...

Btw, after reboot of running avenger, i cound on the cmd box that said
    " Could Not Find C:\avenger\*.reg"

So I put up 2 logs, avenger and HJT.

    Again, thank you... :)

Your logs are clean. If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. If we used Pocket Killbox during your cleanup, do the below
      • Run Pocket Killbox and select File, Cleanup, Delete All Backups
    2. If we used ComboFix, you can delete the ComboFix.exe file, C:\ComboFix folder, C:\QooBox folder, C:\WINDOWS\nircmd.exe, and the C:\combofix.txt log that was created.
    3. If we user SDFix you can delete all the SDFix related files and folders from your Desktop or whereever you installed it.
    4. If we used SmitFraudFix, you can delete all files and folders related to it now including the c:\rapport.txt log.
    5. If we used VundoFix, you can delete the VundoFix.exe file and the C:\VundoFix Backups folder and C:\vundofix.txt log that was created.
    6. If we had your run FixWareOut, you can delete the Fixwareout.exe file and the C:\fixwareout folder.
    7. If we had you run Avenger, you can delete all files related to Avenger now.
    8. If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others), you can delete these files now.
    9. You can delete the ShowNew.Zip and GetRunkey.Zip files and the files that you extracted from the ZIP files. You can also delete the C:\newfiles.txt and C:\runkeys.txt logs that were created
    10. If you are running Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:
      • go back to step 8 of the READ & RUN ME to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.
      • Then reboot and Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.
    11. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
