Help with rpc shutdown!!

I need help with my computer and everytime i reboot, i get the rpc shutdown error message. Everytime i restart and loaded, i cannot see my task bar, start menu and everytime i open my anti virus, it will take so long to load, so i keep pressing shutdown -a in prompt. I noticed on the task manager only 4 svchosts. There is no msblast worm or anything as i looked throughly in windows\system32 folder. safe mode wont work, i try uninstalling windows messenger but it keeps saying cannot find windows installer. please help as soon as possible

 

This is not malware related because i ran a full system scan with spyware doctor. I stood on the computer for 2 hours and 30 mins doing shutdown -a to make sure it finishes scanning. Spyware doctor has not detected any malware/virus. I do not know what the problem is, tryed system restore but it wont work. I cannot see the taskbar and everytime i open the internet, something keeps terminating it thus i cannot download any updates. I noticed a lot of damaged system files when i used chkdsk. help please
