I just ran a Spybot scan which mostly found tracking cookies. There was one registry change, but I am unsure if I should remove it as it may be legit. If anyone could help me on this one I would appreciate it. The reult in question is:
Microsoft.Windows.Security.InternetExplorer: [SBI $A3433CBF] Settings (Registry change, nothing done)
    HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1960408961-1547161642-682003330-1003\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_LOCALMACHINE_LOCKDOWN\iexplore.exe

    Thanks

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

This is not malware. It is just a setting that you may have even changed from the default (possibly unknowingly) to fix a problem you were having. Read the below:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/878461

If you did not make this change then just let Spybot fix it.
