Help with Spyware Quake

i think i've removed most the major pieces of spyware quake.

all i have left is an annoying icon in my system tray that "alerts" me that i have a virus (blinking Wheelchair / x-out) symbol.

i've run smitrem and various other removal programs but cant seem to get rid of this last bit

any advice?

Well, i fixed it. The virus is gone. I found another removal tool in another forum that was exactly the same as the one you posted with the same manual removal instructions, only they said that if you couldn't find stickrep. dll to also look for suprox.dll, rename it suprox.dll .bad, then go into safe mode, run the tool and delete that file. It worked. The virus is gone!
