Help with Spyware/Trojan

Hello. I'm asking for help in removing spyware and or a trojan on my computer that is causing me to get popups mostly from IE. These popups occur when IE is closed, cleared of all cookies, and on its highest security settings. I usually use Firefox and it frequently blocks popups but some slip by it.

I've attached the logs of numerous scans below following instructions given.

I know I know, I should have a firewall besides XP's and an antivirus I'm considering ordering Kaspersky as I've had bad experiences with Norton and McAfee. The latter as you can see in the hijack file, did not remove itself from my computer very well. I hope someone could also help with removing all traces of it.

Hey wow, that worked. I'm surprised because I had disabled windows messenger already. I guess it was operating in a different way and some trojan was taking advantage of it. Anyways, thanks I really appreciate your help.
