help with team speak softweare.

hi,
i have just downloaded team speak, if anyone has this softweare you will know what it is. if you dont go on www.teamspeak.com.

so my problem is i downloaded it earlyer and it says everthing is fine. but when i clicked on it to open team speak nothing at all happens, can you solve my problem.

yes i did double click it
i have restarted my computer.
and my computer fits the spec's perfectly.

any way to solve my problem please rite back. it will be much appreciated.
